Where to buy in Atlanta area?
gaglock:
Is there anyplace in the Atlanta area to buy things like coax, adapters, etc besides HRO? They aren't open late nor on sundays so getting there is difficult.
I stopped by the radio shack in buford today and what a disappointment. They were in another locationa few years ago and had a good selection but moved close to the mall in a much smaller store and it sucks. No twin lead, ladder line, no coax other than rg6, sparse selection of EXPENSIVE adapters ($18 for a sma F to bnc). Not the radio shack I remember. The people there didn't even know what 450 ohm ladder line was.
I'd like to get some ladder line to make a portable slim jim antenna.
