Hi all,  i found this nice step by step article (attached) on how to make a portable magnetic loop antenna for about $50 to $75.  This would be great for QRP, portable or SOTA activations.  I have not built it yet but plan to do so.  When I do, I'll report back on my results.  Also, would be easy to put in your backyard, low profile, HOA friendly.

Pablo, I'd be interested in seeing this put together. Let me know if you decide to tackle it  ;)
