Title: FCC Okays Changes to Amateur Radio Exam Credit

I wanted to ask all of you what this is all about. Its on the ARRL site. Is this just for those that there Lic. has expired? Or dose this mean to up grade to general or extra we now have to test on CW like before? Im not sure what there saying.

there is no CW test at all,
only applies to expired that are more than 2 years out,
I retook all the tests with less than 2 years just because I wanted to fix the spelling and other errors on my license,
it did not work, they got it all messed up with the new one as well
